FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: thermal power plant includes steam turbine condenser, decarboniser with air duct, to which air heater and fan are connected, and recirculating water supply system. Recirculating water supply system includes cooling tower, water-receiving well, gravity water conduit, circulation pump, pressure pipeline to condenser of steam turbine and drain pressure pipeline to cooling tower. Cooling tower consists of stack and water-collecting basin connected via gravity bypass channel to water-receiving well. Stack of cooling tower is equipped with water-distributing tray with spray nozzles, spraying device and water catcher. Spraying device of cooling tower is made in the form of a module consisting of layers of polymer cellular tubes. Tubes are cylindrical and arranged in all layers parallel to each other and welded on edges of module between themselves in connection places. Cavities of each of the tubes and intertube space is filled with hollow polymer balls. Diameter of balls is larger by 5-10% than maximum size of tube cell.EFFECT: increasing economy of thermal power plant.2 dwg |
