FIELD: ecology.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a container 1 filled with water. The container 1 has a shape of parallelepiped without the lower wall. The container 1 is mounted perpendicular to the water surface and fixed relative to the river flow. The water in the container 1 is retained by force of atmospheric pressure. Along the front and rear surfaces of the container 1 the floats 2 and 4, respectively, are attached. The lower surface of the front two float 2 is flat and lies in the lower plane of the container 1. The front wall of the front float 2 is sloped towards the water surface. The rectangular plate 3 is attached to the front wall of the front float 2. The upper edge of plate 3 is higher than the upper surface of the front float 2. The skirt 5 of sealing material is attached to the rear surface of the container 1, its side surfaces and the front float 2. From the upper surface of the container 1 the hose(s) 6 pass (passes) 6 to the lower part of the tank 7 for oil storage.EFFECT: simplification of the design and reduction of energy consumption.3 cl, 2 dwg |
