COMPOSITE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which can collect refuse such as hair and cotton dust with improved efficiency and can be sufficiently adapted to collection of particulate refuse when used as a cleaning sheet.

SOLUTION: A composite sheet 1 includes a net-like sheet or a thermal bond nonwoven fabric as a frame material 11 and a nonwoven fabric-like fiber aggregation 12 disposed on one surface or both surfaces thereof. Constituent fibers 13 of the nonwoven fabric-like fiber aggregation 12 are entangled with each other and are also entangled with the frame material 11 so that the nonwoven fabric-like fiber aggregation 12 is integrated with the frame material 11. The composite sheet 1 is formed in a three-dimensional uneven shape so as to have a plurality of protrusions 2 and recesses 3. The constituent fibers 13 of the fiber aggregation 12 are raised from the surfaces of the protrusions 2 and of the recesses 3. In the composite sheet 1, the constituent fibers raised from the surfaces of the recesses to a height of 1 mm or more account for 25% or more of the constituent fibers raised from the surfaces of the recesses to a height of 0.1 mm or more.
