PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly start an application on a receiving apparatus.

SOLUTION: A broadcast communication cooperation receiving apparatus 6 comprises: APL start information storage means 605 which stores application cache 612 and APL start information for starting an application on the receiving apparatus 6; application acquisition means 611 which acquires the application from a location address described in the APL start information via a communication network N; cache memory search means 731 which searches whether the application is stored in the application cache 612; accumulation information determination means 733 which controls the application acquisition means 611 to acquire the application when determining that the application is not stored in the application cache 612 ; cache memory writing means 732 which writes the acquired application in the application cache 612; and application execution means 613 which executes the application.
