ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide three dimensional information concerning the operation of an ultrasonic probe.

SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of an embodiment includes: a monitor 2; an image generating section 15; an acquisition device 4; a rendering processing section 16; and a controller 18. The monitor 2 displays a parallax image group, and displays a stereoscopic image recognized three-dimensionally by an observer. The image generating section 15 generates an ultrasonic image based on a reflected wave received by the ultrasonic probe 1 brought into contact with the body surface of a subject P. The acquisition device 4 acquires three-dimensional position information of the ultrasonic probe 1 in photographing. The rendering processing section 16 generates a probe image group that is a parallax image group for the ultrasonic probe 1 to be recognized virtually as a stereoscopic image based on the three-dimensional position information. The controller 18 performs control so that the feature image showing features of photographing conditions and the probe image group are displayed on the monitor 2 with a positional relation based on the three-dimensional position information.
