PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can be simply formed on a semiconductor substrate and operates as a differential type acoustic oscillator, and further to provide an oscillator using the semiconductor device, an antenna system and a transmission/reception system.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a semiconductor substrate; a plurality of acoustic wave propagation layers; a separation layer; an acoustic wave reflection layer; a first contact; and a second contact. The plurality of acoustic wave propagation layers is formed apart from each other on the semiconductor substrate. The separation layer is formed in the semiconductor substrate, electrically separates the plurality of acoustic wave propagation layers from each other but causes acoustic waves to pass therethrough. The acoustic wave reflection layer is formed in the semiconductor substrate such that the acoustic waves are confined in the plurality of acoustic wave propagation layers. The first contact is formed on one of the plurality of acoustic wave propagation layers and a first differential signal is input thereto and is output therefrom. The second contact is formed on other one of the plurality of acoustic wave propagation layers and a second differential signal that has a phase different from that of the first differential signal is input thereto and is output therefrom.
