<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact-bonding sheet which is capable of concealing personal information or the like by using the slip of paper on which a peelable adhesive is applied, does not cause break of the slip of paper when peeling the slip used for concealing from the contact-bonding sheet, does not need printing for preventing break of the slip, and further does not generate any defect on production when perforating on the contact-bonding sheet or the like, and to provide a method for production of the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In the contact-bonding sheet 1, the substrates having a pressure sensitive adhesive part are connected to each other at a folding part 2 or cutoff part. The substrate is folded at a folding part 2 to lap over, or the substrates cut off at the cutoff part lap over mutually, and adhere to each other by the pressure sensitive adhesive part. The contact-bonding sheet 1 has a through-hole 3 at a predetermined position of the substrate, and the substrates lap over and adhere to each other through the through-hole 3. A previously formed display part 6 can be recognized.
