PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recognition control system, a voice recognition control method, and a voice recognition control program for preventing a command which has a significant influence on a user from being erroneously executed while suppressing the increase of the operation labor of the user.

SOLUTION: A voice recognition control system 1 includes: a voice recognition command specification part 11a for recognizing the uttered voice of a user, and for specifying a voice recognition command on the basis of the recognized voice; an influence degree DB12a for storing command information to specify the voice recognition command and influence degree information to specify an influence degree to a user when immediately executing a function corresponding to the voice recognition command in association; and a determination part 11b for specifying the influence degree of the voice recognition command specified by the voice recognition command specification part 11a on the basis of the command information and influence degree information stored in the influence degree DB12a, and for determining whether to immediately execute the function corresponding to the voice recognition command on the basis of the specified influence degree.
