<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film in which blocking, transfer to a heat sealing layer or the like can hardly occur even when coming in contact with the heat sealing layer. <P>SOLUTION: The antistatic film has an antistatic layer at least on one surface of a polyester film. The antistatic layer includes a polymer (A) having a quaternary ammonium group and a carboxyl group at its side chain, a modified silicone (B) and a crosslinking agent (C) and a mass ratio (A/C) of the polymer (A) to the crosslinking agent (C) is 95/5 to 70/30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
