MOTION CONTROLLER FOR COMMUNICATION AGENT, MOTION CONTROL METHOD FOR COMMUNICATION AGENT, AND PROGRAM FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a natural view line motion where an influence on view line motion by peripheral circumstances at conversation is considered when an agent conveys information to a person by the view line motion.

SOLUTION: A human behavior recognition part monitors the behavior of a user having a conversation with the agent by the use of a plurality of view line motion tracks that are a time series set of gazing points of the person in time of the conversation between the person and an opposite party, and a plurality of pieces of gazing point information that are a set between a change of a prescribed behavior of the opposite party and coordinates of the gazing point of the person when the change of the behavior has occurred, and imparts the coordinates (virtual gazing point) included in the gazing point information corresponding to the change of the behavior to a track selection determination part when having detected the change of the prescribed behavior. The track selection determination part selects one view line motion track, sets the track where the gazing point on the view line motion track when having detected the change of the behavior is moved to a direction of the virtual gazing point as a new view line motion track when the virtual gazing point is imparted, and uses the selected view line motion track as it is while the virtual gazing point is not imparted.
