<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for intermittently or continuously generating useful organic compounds such as methanol, formaldehyde from vapor and carbon dioxide for effectively utilizing the carbon dioxide in the air and the carbon dioxide in combustion exhaust gas as a resource; and to provide a system developing effect similar to the light reaction of photosynthesis carried by plants. <P>SOLUTION: A constituted body constituted by spraying a solid matter having photocatalytic action, an integrated matter comprising a photocatalyst excellent in oxidizing ability and a photocatalyst excellent in reducing ability onto the electroconductive substances are arranged in the air including the solid matter having the photocatalytic action, the integrated matter comprising the photocatalyst excellent in oxidizing ability and the photocatalyst excellent in reducing ability, vapor, and the carbon dioxide, and the integrated matter is irradiated with ultraviolet light. Here, the vapor present in the air is condensed on the surface of the solid matter having the photocatalytic to action and the integrated matter comprising the photocatalyst excellent in the oxidizing ability and the photocatalyst excellent in reducing ability to form a liquid film with a proper film thickness, to prevent multilayer physical absorption of nitrogen molecules in the air to the surface of the solid matter having the photocatalytic action and the integrated matter comprising the photocatalyst excellent in the oxidizing ability and the photocatalyst excellent in the reducing ability, and to prevent photocatalyst activity from being lowered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
