The element has a first layer (1) formed from a metal sheet, ceramic material or a planar component that is made of fiber reinforced plastic, where thickness of the first layer is 4 mm. The metal sheet comprises planar component recesses (2) and projections (3). The recesses and the projections engage into one another. A second layer (4) is made of open-porous metal foam that comprises zinc, where thickness of the second layer is 5-30 mm. A third layer (5) is formed from the metal sheet, the ceramic material, or the fiber reinforced plastic. Hollow ceramic bodies are embedded into the foam. The hollow ceramic bodies are designed as balls, cones or oblique pyramids.
