The heat sink (1) has a cooling medium channel system (5) whose ends are provided with a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet. The rigidity formation structures (4-1,4-2) are connected to form cooling media-free cavity (4-3) filled with gas. The outwardly directed heat sink layers (2,3) are connected tightly with the rigidity formation structures through the channels (5-1,5-2).
