摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage balancing circuit of an inverter device capable of reducing a voltage imbalance of each of a plurality of main circuit capacitors. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage balancing circuit comprises: first and second main circuit capacitors that are connected in series among main terminals in which AC power supplies are rectified and output DC voltages; a first semiconductor switch and a second semiconductor switch interposed between terminals of the first main circuit capacitor; a third semiconductor switch and a fourth semiconductor switch interposed between terminals of the second main circuit capacitor; and a capacitor connected between a common connection point of the first and second semiconductor switches and a common connection point of the third and fourth semiconductor switches. By sequentially repeating ON/OFF of the first through fourth semiconductor switches, the voltage balancing circuit charges the first and second main circuit capacitors with an electric charge corresponding to a differential voltage of each terminal voltage of the first and second main circuit capacitors, discharges the capacitors and gradually reduces the differential voltage of each terminal voltage of the first and second main circuit capacitors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
