<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of installation freedom of a casing in a heat pump that automatically circulates a heat medium. <P>SOLUTION: An air conditioning system including a refrigerant circuit (10) with a compressor (50), an indoor heat exchanger (60) and a heat source side heat exchanger (80) connected in sequence, includes a ground heat exchanger (20). The ground heat exchanger (20) includes a ground heat exchange part (21) and an auxiliary heat exchange part (25). The ground heat exchange part (21) is formed to fill a heat medium inside a body tube (22) formed in tube shape and to take heat from soil in the ground to change the phase of the heat medium. The auxiliary heat exchange part (25) holds the heat source side heat exchanger (80) and is connected to the ground heat exchange part (21), and a refrigerant in the heat source side heat exchanger (80) exchanges heat with the heat medium whose phase is changed in the ground heat exchange part (21) to change the phase of the heat medium.
