A method of automatic control of grit drying process includes loading, holding over a given period of time, maintaining temperature and relative humidity of the environment. The method is carried out in accordance with a PID algorithm in full volume of grit simultaneously and continuously, over the temperature range - 100-150 °C, humidity of environment - 14-30 %, and unloading of dry grits. Delay in a control circuit of temperature is compensated with a Smith predictor. |
