A catheter (11) for directing biliopancreatic secretions, the catheter (11) comprising an elongate tubular wall (17) defining an internal fluid channel (25) and extending between a proximal end portion (12) and a distal end portion (13) of the catheter (11), the proximal end portion (12) having a proximal fastening means adapted to fasten the proximal end portion (12) within a biliary tree and the distal end portion (13) having an elongate distal anchor (18) adapted to anchor the distal end portion (13) within an intestine, wherein the distal end portion (13) is T-shaped and the elongate anchor (18) extends transversally to a longitudinal direction (19) of the catheter at the distal end portion (13).
