<p>A method and a device for transporting heat-sensitive products by refrigerated lorry, of the type involving indirect injection of a cryogenic fluid into a heat exchanger system (HX1, HX2, ...HXn...) internal to the product storage chamber or chambers, in which use is made of a header (1) common to all the exchangers of the exchanger system, upstream of the exchanger system, which common header is supplied with cryogenerator from a reserve of cryogenic fluid, and characterized in that: - fluid is tapped (3) from the common header, from within the liquid phase situated in the lower part of this header, to feed this liquid to the exchangers of the exchanger system; - fluid is tapped (4) from the common header, from within the gaseous phase situated in the upper part of the header, to feed this gaseous phase to an additional exchanger (30) internal to one of said storage chambers.
