PURPOSE: A transparent conductive object is provided to deliver an ultraviolet ray area and a visible ray area, thereby preventing incident radio frequency radiation. CONSTITUTION: An object includes one or more graphene layers. A transparent conductive object manufacturing method touches one or more graphene layers to an optical material substrate. The object increases electrical conductivity through a plurality of usual objects having a similar selective transfer property.
