PURPOSE: An automatic hydraulic tightening apparatus for large-sized bolts is provided to improve quality of tightening fluid pressure by operating a hydraulic pump according to the fluid pressure of working fluids applied to an actuator. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hydraulic tightening apparatus for large-sized bolts comprises a hydraulic pump(110), an electric motor(120), a control valve unit(130), a gauge unit(160), an actuator(40), a displacement measuring unit(300), and controller(220). The hydraulic pump discharges working fluids by generating fluid pressure. The electric motor operates the hydraulic pump. The control valve unit discharges the working fluids and controls drain progress of the working fluids through an electronic control. The gauge unit outputs digital signals by calculating the pressure of the working fluids discharged from the control valve unit. The actuator applies tensile forces to large sized bolt(36) by being supplied with the working fluids discharged from the control valve unit. The displacement measuring unit detects a change of a length of the large sized bolt and transmits a detected value by wireless. The controller controls a driving level of the electric motor by receiving the detected value from the displacement measuring unit and the digital signals of the gauge unit. |
