Clear cosmetic compositions for high moisturization are provided to eliminate oil, inhibit sticky feeling, and show emollient use feeling and excellent moisturizing effects as if oil is employed. A clear cosmetic composition for high moisturization comprises (a) 5-30 wt.% of glycerin and its derivatives, and (b) 0.5-10 wt.% of at least one material selected from PEG(polyethylene glycol). PPG-17(polypropylene glycol-17). 6 copolymer and dipropylene glycol, wherein the glycerin derivative is selected from glycereth 26, PEG, PPG, and polybutylene glycol-8. 5. 3 glycerin. |
