FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and medical equipment, in particular, to devices for creation of flap in the process of refractive eye surgery by method of laser intrastromal keratomileusis. Device contains pulse source, which generates laser beam, means, which fix laser beam and direct it at eye, computer and controller for controlling said means. Controller is connected to computer and is made in the way which ensures successive location of focal points of focuses laser beam along specified trajectory on eye surface or inside it. Distances between adjacent focal points vary stochastically, at least, on larger part of trajectory. In one of alternative versions of implementation trajectory is in form of lines, in the other - in form of columns.EFFECT: application of the invention will make it possible to prevent formation of regular diffracting structures and thus avoid undesirable diffraction phenomena.3 dwg |
