<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear pump capable of preventing fluid leakage to a suction chamber from a discharge chamber via a meshing part between gears even when a diaphragm is deformed due to pressure variation in an enclosure space. <P>SOLUTION: In a gear pump, a diaphragm 31 is provided between a side plate 17 and one-end surfaces of driven and driving gears 33 and 34. A recessed clearance part 17b for releasing the diaphragm 31 deformed toward the side plate 17 is formed at the side plate 17 by pressing the diaphragm 31 by a fluid leaking from a discharge-side enclosure space K1, at the position facing the discharge-side enclosure space K1 formed by the meshing between the gears 33, 34. Further, the side plate 17 is provided with a regulation part 17c formed at the periphery of the clearance part 17b, for regulating the deformation of the diaphragm 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
