<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack that can suppress rattling of each unit battery even if the battery pack is placed under a vibrating environment for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: A unit battery 10 comprises: an almost rectangular shaped battery case 1; a power generation element; and output terminals 2, 3. The battery case has coupling members 4, 5 at its both short lateral sides, the coupling members having open holes 41, 42, 51, 52 at their upper and lower edge part. Each open hole has a taper with its one bore size R2 smaller than the other bore size R1. The taper of each open hole is reversed in its bore size at both short lateral sides of the coupling members, and at the upper and lower edge part of the coupling members. In a battery pack 20, the height of the central axis of each open hole is aligned same at the upper and lower edge part respectively, and the taper of each open hole is aligned in one direction respectively. In this way, the binding force of each coupling member becomes improved and the binding direction can be dispersed so that even if vibrations and impacts are applied to the battery pack, a loosening between coupling members is suppressed so as to maintain an assembled state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
