A method for repair and reinforcement of reinforced-concrete constructions includes determination of zone of damage, removal of dirt and damaged concrete and treatment of surface. Treatment of surface is carried out through application in sequence to concrete of epoxy primer adhesive EPOMAX-LD, carbon-plastic strips-plates MEGAPLATE to which at one side adhesive paste EPOMAX-PL is applied, and protective layer of filled polymer composition that comprises adhesive EPOMAX-LD and mineral filler (kaolin or talc).
