PURPOSE: A micro sponge Ti(Titanium) manufacturing method with improved productivity and a manufacturing apparatus for the same is provided to increase the residence time of TiCl4 in a liquid magnesium layer. CONSTITUTION: A micro sponge Ti(Titanium) manufacturing method with improved productivity is as follows. TiCl4 is injected to a reaction vessel(11) through an injection pipe(12). The TiCl4 injected to the reaction vessel is reacted with reducing agents and sponge Ti(14) is formed. |
