PURPOSE: A refrigerant recovery system and a refrigerant recovery device used in the same are provided to recirculate and store refrigerant which is not liquefied stored in a storage tank, thereby efficiently recovering and storing refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant recovery and storage device consists of a refrigerant recovery device and an external storage tank assembly. A first pressure detection sensor and a first solenoid valve are disposed in a refrigerant recovery fluid path, and the first pressure detection sensor may control opening and closing of the first solenoid value if predetermined range varies, thereby controlling operation for refrigerant recovery. A first flexible fluid path, connecting the refrigerant recovery fluid path and the refrigerant recovery tank and a second flexible fluid path, connecting the refrigerant recovery tank and the refrigerant outlet port, are disposed in the refrigerant recovery device. The edge of the outlet port in the refrigerant storage tank is placed higher than the edge of the inlet port.
