<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, an information processing program, a recording medium recording the information processing program, which enable reflection of a user preference on a display order of information on plural transaction targets better than ever before. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device obtains review information of users trying to select a transaction target from a database storing each of pieces of information on plural transaction targets correlated with user's review information related to a transaction target and a user's evaluated point related to each of predetermined plural evaluation items.
