<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning device which is capable of enhancing the learning effect by utilizing unconscious action during sleep, enhancing the learning effect without delay of a wake-up time, and raising user's motivation to wake up early, and to provide a learning system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The learning device includes time counting means, alarm setting means, alarm operation means, alarm stop means, and question presentation means which presents a question to a user on the basis of an alarm stop signal outputted from the alarm stop means.
