摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air bubbles from invading an optical inspection area to which light is radiated in a flow channel even when the air bubbles are included in a liquid sample flowing in the flow channel. <P>SOLUTION: A flow cell 12 includes: a flow cell body 22 adhering to a sensor chip 21; a groove 33 that is arranged by recession in a surface on the sensor chip 21 side of the flow cell body 22 and closed by the sensor chip 21 thereby to be a flow channel 30 for the circulation of a liquid sample; and an air bubble trap 40 that is arranged in the groove 33 on the upstream side of the optical inspection area 34 to which light is radiated in the flow channel 30 and catches the air bubbles included in the liquid sample 89 flowing in the flow passage 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
