<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat tire-sealing material that strikes a balance between a sealing performance and valve injection performance. <P>SOLUTION: The flat tire-sealing material comprises a natural rubber latex (A), a synthetic resin emulsion (B), an aqueous dispersion (C) of organic particles, and an antifreezing agent (D). The solid content-blending ratio [(solid mass of the natural rubber latex (A))/(solid mass of the synthetic resin emulsion (B))] is 5/95 to 20/80. The solid content of the aqueous dispersion (C) is 0.05 to 1.5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the solid contents of the natural rubber latex (A) and synthetic resin emulsion (B).
