<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine capable of preventing a fluid at an outer peripheral side of a pump member from leaking around a rotary shaft with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a complex fluid machine, a deformable back pressure seal plate 31 is provided between a side plate 17 and one-end surfaces of a driven gear and a driving gear 34. The back pressure seal plate 31 is in pressure contact with the one-end surfaces of both gears 34 to seal gaps to the one-end surfaces of both gears 34 by introducing a high pressure between the side plate 17 and the back pressure seal plate 31. A deformable seal plate 36 is provided between the other-end surfaces of the driven gear and the driving gear 34 and an inner surface of a pump chamber 18. With the movement of both gears 34 toward the seal plate 36 accompanying the pressure contact of the back pressure seal plate 31 against the one-end surfaces, the other-end surfaces of both gears 34 are in pressure contact with the seal plate 36, and the gaps between the other-end surfaces of both gears 34 and the seal plate 36 are sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
