A converter 1 converts a plurality of animation data 101a, 102a, and 103a into a plurality of motion data 201, 202, and 203 which can be processed by an animation drawing engine 2, respectively. The converter also generates motion control information 204 for specifying the size, the position, and the number of display frames of each animation at a time of displaying the plurality of motion data 201, 202, and 203 on a screen as parts. An animation drawing engine 2 carries out animation drawing of the plurality of motion data using vector graphics in accordance with the motion control information 204.
