The device has a metering valve (20) which is arranged in area of an exhaust pipe (60). A spray pipe (30) is protruded into flow cross section of exhaust pipe. The spray pipe is provided with several regions (32,33,35) having different atomization stages are laminated in order respectively. The region (33) having constant cross section area is provided in downstream of metering valve. A ring (39) is positioned in constant cross section area of region (35).
