The device has an elongated receptacle that is embedded at the bottom surface (31) of a platform (30). The advertising panel is supported between two upright structures that are arranged at the surface of the receptacle. The advertising panel is removed from the receptacle, after removing a closure cover. The separated advertising panel is inserted into different receptacles arranged at region of end surfaces of upright structures separated by specific distance from each other according to width of the advertising panel.
