PURPOSE: A reinforcing bar bending machine for one- and two-step bending and circular bending is provided to bend reinforcing bars at various curvatures through initial setting by storing curvatures of reinforcing bars according to the positions of a first and a second limit sensors in a database. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar bending machine for one- and two-step bending and circular bending includes a bending die(10), a pair of bending rollers(20), a support roller(30), a first and a second limit sensors(40,50), and a first and a second scales(60,70). The pair of bending rollers are arranged in a line at one side of the top of the bending die and rotate forward and reversely by a driving unit, thereby supporting a reinforcing bar(1). The support roller is installed between the bending rollers and moved at the right angle to the pair of bending rollers to support the reinforcing bar together with the pair of bending rollers and guide bending of the reinforcing bar. The first and the second limit sensors are moved in the same direction as the support roller and restrict the position of the support roller to determine curvatures of the reinforcing bar corresponding to one- and two-step bending and circular bending. The first and the second scales are formed in the moving direction of the support roller to the top of the bending die and indicate the positions of the first and the second limit sensors. |
