FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: water-fuel emulsion (WFE) obtaining plant includes dispersing pump connected via WFE supply and return pipeline to fuel supply system of internal combustion engine, fuel tank and tank filled with water, each of which is connected to disperser via pipeline with shutoff valve. Plant is provided with water flow control that is connected to WFE supply pipeline to fuel supply system of internal combustion engine and to nozzle installed on WFE return pipeline to dispersing pump.EFFECT: invention allows obtaining and automatically maintaining optimum composition of emulsion without its layering in wide range of change of operating mode of internal combustion engine.2 dwg
