PURPOSE: A GPS(Global Positioning System) based geodetic survey system for mapping the underground facilities is provided to accurately survey the coordinated information of the underground facilities based on the GPS, thereby managing the same. CONSTITUTION: A GPS based geodetic survey system for mapping underground facilities comprises a mobile communication terminal(1200), a magnetic measurement terminal(1300), a management server(1600), and a GIS(Geographic Information System)(1700). The mobile communication terminal receives GPS signals of longitude, latitude, altitude, and time from a GPS satellite and photographs the surrounding area and transceives data signals with an opponent connected through a mobile communication. The magnetic measurement terminal comprises an external connection unit, a microprocessor, a GPS receiver, a coordinate input unit, a coordinate output unit, a touch-display unit, a digital gradient meter, an underground detection unit, a digital analog convertor, a sensitivity regulating unit, a voltage controlling oscillator, a sound amplifier, a volume controller, and a speaker.
