<p>A laminate excellent in terms of surface hardness, impact resistance, punchability, and yellowing deterioration resistance and suitable for use as display covers and building materials is provided. A laminate characterized by laminating a layer of a polycarbonate resin which contains a structural unit derived from a dihydroxy compound having, as part of the structure thereof, a site represented by the following formula (1) (layer A) to a layer of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (layer B).
