VANE ASSEMBLY CHECKING DEVICE FOR GAS TURBINE

摘要

PURPOSE: An apparatus for assembling and inspecting a gas turbine vane is provided to reduce maintenance costs by manufacturing an assembly inspecting device in a vane carrier shape. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for assembling and inspecting a gas turbine vane comprises a suction shroud guide block(2), a discharge shroud guide block(3), a discharge shroud cover block(4), a blade pass end guide(5) and a blade pass checker(6). The suction shroud guide block is fixed to an upper side of a base plate(1), and inspects deformation in a suction shroud hook. The discharge shroud guide block is installed on the suction shroud guide block, and checks the position and deformation in a cooling air cap. The discharge shroud cover block is installed on the discharge shroud guide block, and inspects a contact with the discharge shroud hook. The blade pass end guide inspects a position of a blade pass end(700) installed in the front side of the suction shroud guide block. The blade pass checker inspects the deformation in a blade pass(300) installed in the front side of the blade pass end guide.
