PURPOSE: A double-layer rice cooker for an institutional food service is provided to cook rice with a front side heating mode requiring comparatively a small amount of energy and to improve the strength and heat resistance of the cooker by consisting of multiple structures of a first rice cooker body. CONSTITUTION: A double-layer rice cooker for an institutional food service comprises a first cylinder-type rice cooker body(10), a second cylinder type rice cooker body(20), and a cover(30). The first cylinder type rice cooker includes an inner side plate of titanium or stainless steel, and an outer side plate from a plate material used for an induction heater. The intermediate component between the inner and outer sided plates is provided with multiple structures manufactured by press-binding method suing the plate materials of aluminum foam or aluminum. The upper side of the second cylinder type rice cooker includes a support sill(29) on which the cover is mounted and a guide part(28) for guiding and protecting a cover to be mounted. The cover is formed with a grade gradually lowered from the rim toward the central part of the cover. |
