PURPOSE: An insulation type distribution panel for underground installation is provided to prevent electric shock accidents by drying the inside to maintain the constant temperature and humidity of the inside. CONSTITUTION: A main body(11) is fixed to a pedestal. The pedestal is included in the inside of a manhole. A door(12) is installed on the upper part of the main body in a way the door is openable and closable. A fixing plate(20) is fixed in a protection container. A slide member is installed on the protection container and on the door.
