PURPOSE: A light emitting diode(LED) lamp is provided to improve heat radiation efficiency by bringing a lower heat radiation pad into contact with a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: One or more first LEDs(111,112) are arranged on the upper side of a substrate(110). Lower radiation pads(121,122,123) are formed on the lower side of the substrate. A heat sink(120) directly touches the lower radiation pad. The heat sink emits the light generated from the first LED to the outside. The substrate comprises one or more thermal conductance vias. |
