PURPOSE: A cooling return roller and a belt cooling system using the same are provided to minimize damage of a roller due to heat and to increase lifetime by improving durability of a belt. CONSTITUTION: A cooling return roller(124) comprises a drum(126) and shaft connecting parts(128). The drum supports a belt returning in a conveyor. In the drum, multiple inner pipes(127) are longitudinally formed in the inner circumference. The shaft connecting parts are respectively installed in both ends of the drum. Each shaft connecting part comprises an inlet(128a) or an outlet(128b) in one side through which cooling fluid flows in or out. A distributing passage is formed in the other side of the shaft connecting parts in order that the inlet or the outlet is connected to the inner pipes. |
