METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CULTURE SOLUTION OF FETUS-DERIVED MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS FROM AMNIOTIC FLUIDS USING SHEAR STRESS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a medium for culturing stem cells and a composition containing the medium for improving skin condition are provided to improve cell growth and skin regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a medium for culturing stem cells comprises: a step of applying a shear stress to stem cells by scratching the stem cells with a multi pipette 3-5 times; and a step of culturing the stem cells in serum-free medium for 1-10 days and preparing a conditioned medium. The stem cells are mesenchymal stem cells derived from fetus in amniotic fluid. The mesenchymal stem cells are prepared by sub-culturing amnion fluid-derived cells in a medium containing FBS, selenium, and bFGF. A cosmetic composition for improving skin condition contains the medium for culturing stem cells.
