PURPOSE: A vibration reduction device having a variable damping function is provided to vary the damping function according to the driving condition of a target object. CONSTITUTION: A vibration reduction device having a variable damping function comprises a piston(100), a cylinder(200), and a damping control unit(300). The piston is composed of a piston body(110) and a piston rod(120). The cylinder is filled with fluid and comprises a rotation space(210). The rotation space accommodates the piston. The damping control unit is installed in the piston or the cylinder and comprises a projection. The projection is projected to the rotation space. The length of the projection is variable. |
