PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte with a multi-layered structure is provided to have excellent flexability and mechanical strength and to have excellent ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte consists of a first polymer layer providing mechanical rigidity against external force and a second polymer layer which ensuring a conductive path of a lithium ion. The first polymer layer contains 0-60 weight% of an organic electrolyte which contains ionic salt based on the weight of a polymer matrix in the second polymer layer. The second polymer layer contains 60-400 weight% of the organic electrolyte which contains ionic salt based on the weight of a polymer matrix in the second polymer layer.
