摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a positive electrode for a thin film battery is provided to remarkably reduce time for crystallization of a positive electrode active material by crystallizing a positive electrode active material by irradiating light with the wavelength of 580-950 nm. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a positive electrode for a thin film battery comprises: a step of depositing a positive electrode current collector(120) on a substrate(110); and a step of depositing a positive electrode active material(130) on the positive electrode current collector by using a deposition mask. In the positive electrode active material deposition step, the deposition and the crystallization of the positive electrode active material are simultaneously conducted by irradiating the light with a wavelength of 580-950 nm. The thin film battery comprises the positive electrode current collector formed on the substrate, and the crystallized positive electrode active material which is formed on the positive electrode current collector.
