PURPOSE: A data distribution system and a data distribution method thereof are provided to use a data storing means of a low capacity, thereby easily processing massive distribution data. CONSTITUTION: Data storing means(200) perform a structured query language and store data. A metadata storing means(300) stores metadata about the data stored in the data storing means and the metadata including priority ranking information about the data storing means. A data processing means(100) calculates priority ranking based on performance of the data storing means and stores the priority ranking in the metadata storing means and analyzes storing data applied from a terminal. The data processing means distributes and stores massive distribution data in the data storing means according to the priority ranking the data storing means by using a round-robin mode.
