PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for extrusion molding synthetic wood panels is provided to reduce process time by producing synthetic panels and reinforcing members simultaneously by dual extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for extrusion molding synthetic wood panels is as follows. Raw material is supplied to a hopper for kneading synthetic resin material and a hopper for supplying raw material of a reinforcing member. The synthetic resin material and reinforcing member material supplying from the hoppers are supplied to a dual extrusion mold to press and mold a synthetic panel(10) and a reinforcing member(20). The synthetic panel and the reinforcing member are cut in a predetermined length. Adhesives(40) is spread out only the molded synthetic panel by a first press molding. The reinforcing member is inserted into the synthetic panel. The coupled synthetic panel and reinforcing member are forcibly fitted by a vertical pressing roller. |
